We own 3 Car washes. The first one is Eco and is located at 1705 Broadway. Our second one is Classic and is located at 600 W 23rd street. Then our main car wash is Wild Water at 2200 Broadway. This is also the location of our office which is open Monday – Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. We sell discounted Tokens at this office that work on all 3 car wash locations.
I washed my pickup at your car wash next to McDonalds on Friday May 18th and my Discover card is showing a $10 charge. I stopped it when I finished and it showed $4.50 on the screen.
Sorry for the late reply, I just received the communication today. I would be more then happy to look it up for you. Our phone number is 605-665-1828. I would need the last four numbers of your credit card number. What I believe happened is the Credit card company puts a $10 of funds until you are done with the car wash. Then the next day it is settled for the correct amount.
